the eye coach tennis training system
When i got my eyecoach i just focussed on the ball and hit 300 times a day for 4 weeks – only forehands and backhands. Then for 3 weeks i added volleys and approach shots and hit 400 times a day for 3 weeks and also did an ‘on court’ session once a week. This means that in less than two months i have hit over SIXTEEN THOUSAND HITS. I am happy to say that i beat someone this last week 6-4 6-3 who beat me a month ago in a tie breaker. Here is another video after the 3 weeks.
This is my first video and ill do another one in 3 weeks.

not a pro, just a super senior who wants to get better at tennis
Why is it that after 5 years of trying to get better and countless hours watching videos of pros and seeing them finish their strokes with that still head; why after so many people who have told me im hitting too early or too late; trying to modify the stance or the swing; why cant i get it no matter how many times i see the pro show me what to do and tell me to do something different, and make fun of how i get squished by the ball or stick my butt out to try and make a swing — why?? Cause my eye isnt strong enough. What can i do now in 3 weeks???? My visual connection with that contact point before i hit the ball is the anchor. It has to be there before during and after the swing.
